About Solo Tires LLC
Solo Tires is dedicated to providing quality service at affordable prices to the community. We sell new and used tires, custom rims, brakes, oil change, suspension, and alignment.
Located at 3032 Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27604, Solo Tires LLC operates as a tire shop serving Raleigh in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 amβ5:45 pm. The used tires are absolutely terrible. Mine blew on the way home. Their greed is putting peopleβs lives in danger. Please stay safe and do not put your self or family in danger purchasing tires here.

Worst customer service Iβve ever received at a mechanic shop. I would not recommend this place.

I came in around 2 PM to get brake pads changed and brought my own parts. At first, everything seemed fine. Then I was told the bolts were damaged and needed to be replaced, which cost extra. I understood and agreed to that. Later, I was informed that both calipers also needed replacing, and they had to order the parts. Again, I understood because unexpected repairs happen. My issue was not the repairs themselves β it was the customer service and lack of communication throughout the entire process. By around 5:55 PM, nobody could clearly tell me what was going on with my vehicle. Instead of the owner communicating directly with me, another worker informed me that the car would not be ready before closing and that I would have to leave it overnight because the work was already halfway done. At no point earlier in the day was I warned that leaving the car overnight was even a possibility. That lack of communication left me stranded without transportation and forced me to scramble for a ride home and a way back the next day. A simple heads-up hours earlier would have made a huge difference. When I picked up the car the next morning, I calmly explained why I was upset and inconvenience

Very rude and unprofessional customer service! We went there today to change my tires and change my brakes. The lady that works at the front had a very rude attitude, she has a very poor customer service she doesnβt care about customers she only cares about your money. When my husband tried to ask her a question she replied with βcan you go outside and WaitβThey charge a lot and they put me some bad tiers. I will never use them again! Please be aware!
